Welcome to the Tom O’Neill Centre page.  We provide

Day respite for the carers and people suffering dementia through a centre-based and an in-home service and,

facilitate a Carer Support Group and provides community education.

We are part of Hope Healthcare's Community and Aged Care Services and work in conjunction with the Aged Care and Rehabilitation Services of Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney.
