Welcome to the Greenwich Hospital page.  Since 1966 Greenwich has been providing specialised public health services serving the community on the lower north shore of Sydney.

Today we specialise in offering

inpatient aged care and rehabilitation with an integrated day therapy and home-based rehabilitation service,

inpatient palliative care with a palliative care day hospital, a community palliative care service and day respite services,

psychogeriatric assessment and care,

case management of services for frail aged and other disabled people with complex high level care needs.  

We are fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and are an affiliated teaching hospital of the University of Sydney.  We are part of Hope Healthcare and operate in conjunction with Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service.
