Greenwich is a public hospital providing inpatient aged care and rehabilitation with an integrated day hospital and home-based rehabilitation service, inpatient palliative care with a palliative care day hospital, a community palliative care service and day respite services, psychogeriatric assessment and care.

Greenwich Hospital operates as part of Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service. The hospital is fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and we work as a teaching hospital with the University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney and the Australian Catholic University.
