In Sydney's north
Graythwaite Nursing Home
Located in the suburb of North Sydney in Edwards Street, Graythwaite Nursing Home is an Aged Care Residential Facility for people with dementia and challenging behaviours. The Nursing Home is a short walk from North Sydney Station and the North Sydney CBD.
Greenwich Hospital
Located in the suburb of Greenwich on River Rd, Greenwich Hospital is a public hospital providing in-patient, day hospital and community palliative care, in patient and day hospital rehabilitation care & home based rehabilitation service, aged care psychiatry and community and aged services to the population of lower northern Sydney.
It gives patients in the community coordinated and integrated access to treatment by a team of therapists including physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, diversional therapy, dietetics, social work, psychology, medical and nursing services.
The closest railway station is St Leonard approximately 3 kms away. There are also bus stops right outside the hospital on River Rd.
Neringah Hospital
Located in the leafy suburb of Wahroonga in Neringah Avenue South, Neringah Hospital is a public Hospital and Community Palliative Care Services providing care to the people of the upper northern Sydney area.
It gives patients in the community coordinated and integrated access to treatment by a team of therapists including physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, diversional therapy, dietetics, social work, medical and nursing services.
The Hospital is located 5 minutes from the Wahroonga shopping centre and Wahroonga railway station.
Northern Beaches Palliative Care
Located in the suburb of Mona Vale in Coronation Avenue, the Northern Beaches Palliative Care Service is on the Mona Vale Hospital campus. The service provides community palliative care services to the population of the Northern Beaches peninsula.
It gives patients in the community coordinated and integrated access to treatment by a team of therapists including, occupational therapy, social work, medical and nursing services.
Tom O’Neill Centre
Located in the suburb of North Sydney in Edward Street adjacent to Graythwaite Nursing, the Tom O’Neill Centre offers day care to people with dementia. Like Graythwaite, Tom O’Neill Centre is a short walk from North Sydney Station and the North Sydney CBD.

Braeside Hospital
Located in Prairiewood in Prairievale Rd adjacent to Fairfield Hospital, Braeside Hospital is a public hospital providing in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation, palliative care and aged care psychiatry services.
It gives patients in the community coordinated and integrated access to treatment by a team of therapists including physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, diversional therapy, dietetics, social work, psychology, medical and nursing services. Westbus services operate from Fairfield Railway Station to Fairfield Hospital, and from Liverpool Station via Parramatta to Stockland Town Centre, nearby.
